Refund Policy
Refunds for software services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For subscription products, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied. Custom development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. To request a refund, contact us at support@dhaliwalventures.com with your order details.
Cancellation Policy
Subscription services may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle. For custom projects, cancellation terms are defined in your service agreement. To cancel, contact support@dhaliwalventures.com.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us at support@dhaliwalventures.com within 30 days of the transaction. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may contact your payment provider to initiate a chargeback process.
